Inspection Facilities

AB-Wey Machine & Die conducts in-process quality inspections in addition to final visual and dimensional inspections. AB-Wey conforms to Mil-I-45208A and all our inspection equipment is calibrated to Mil-STD-45662. We also have all the necessary small tools and measuring equipment required to manufacture quality machined parts.

Our Inpection Facilities include:

  • (1) 48" x 96" Inspection Quality Granite Surface Plate

  • (1) 36" x 48" Inspection Quality Granite Surface Plate

  • (1) 24" x 36" Granite Surface Plate

  • (3) Brown and Sharp Micro-Hite Gages

  • (1) Deltronic DH 14" Comparator
